If you don’t already have a QuickBooks Online subscription, I can set it up for you through my ProAdvisor billing. When your subscription is billed through Kaipa Bookkeeping, you automatically receive:

This discount is offered directly by Intuit and applies for as long as your QuickBooks subscription remains under my firm’s billing.

QuickBooks Discount + Billing Process
Do I qualify for the 30% QuickBooks Online discount?
Yes — if you don’t already have a QBO subscription, I can set one up through my ProAdvisor account, and Intuit automatically applies their 30% discount under my firm’s billing.
Who owns the QuickBooks account?
You have full access and full ownership of your company file at all times.
What happens if I stop services with you?
I will simply transfer the QuickBooks subscription billing back to you.
You keep all your data; the only change is that the subscription returns to Intuit’s regular retail price.
What if I already have QuickBooks Online?
No problem — you can continue using your existing subscription.
The discount only applies to new subscriptions created through ProAdvisor billing.
Do I have to give my login to you?
No. Your software access remains exactly the same.
I simply handle the billing side, so the discount applies.
Is this discount from you or from Intuit?
It is Intuit’s official ProAdvisor discount.
